Client Requirement
When our client Mrs. Vijiya from Begur approached MGW team the main requirement was to create a shaded outdoor sit-out area with privacy from neighbouring surroundings while maintaining an elegant and open appearance
Initial site visit
Mr. Shivu CEO of MGW visited site who carefully analysed the terrace space understood the client requirements, after understanding the vision of client, discussed the design ideas and material options to create luxurious and functional outdoor living area.

Initial Site Visit
Planning and 3D designing
We proposed 3D plan for client with 2 options first one is Mangalore Double Tile pergola with PVC lattice for privacy on one side and option 2 is Shingles for roofing with PVC ceiling and PVC lattice for privacy on one side.

Project Execution
The Execution began with the fabrication work we installed of 12 & 14 gauges MS metal pillars and metal frames. For pillars 4 inches round pipes as per the design, truss work for frame. Also added PVC Lattice with Frame1 side for privacy for this 14 & 16 Gauges Metal is used.
Mangalore Double Tiles with Double grove and also L flash have been installed on the sides to avoid the tiles from flying due to heavy winds and on the wall side we included metal sheet and seal it with silicone to avoid water leakage during rains based on the site condition.

The roofing was completed using premium mangalore double tile to achive a traditional yet luxurious outdoor appearance.
To create privacy on one side of the pergola, high-quality PVC lattice panels were installed. The decorative lattice design added visual appeal while maintaining airflow and openness within the space
