Client Requirement
Mrs. Sudha contacted Misty Garden Weldscape through the reference of her relative, Mr. Madhu, who had previously taken our terrace makeover services. She approached us with the requirement of a complete landscape transformation that would enhance the beauty and functionality of her outdoor space while ensuring easy maintenance and also automated irrigation for watering plants.
The project scope included the development of a lawn area complemented with stepping stones to create a neat and elegant walkway. The client also preferred low-maintenance plants that could thrive with minimal upkeep while maintaining a fresh and vibrant appearance throughout the year.
For the balcony area, decorative pots with flowering plants were incorporated to bring colour and liveliness to the space. In addition, a customized metal arched gate for allowing creepers to gracefully trail over it, creating a natural green entrance with an aesthetic charm.
Initial Site Before Execution
Mr. Shivu, CEO of Misty Garden Weldscape, visited the site to understand the client’s requirements in detail and to take accurate site measurements for proper planning and execution. Based on the discussions with the client, various landscaping concepts and design options were presented through reference images to help visualize the final outcome.
The proposed landscape design included elegant FRP pots for balcony, wire-cut brick edging to create a clear distinction between the lawn and plantation areas while enhancing the overall aesthetics, a well-maintained lawn integrated with stepping stones for a natural pathway and a selection of flowering plants to add vibrancy and colour to the balcony space. The project also included an automated drip irrigation system to ensure efficient watering of plants and with less maintenance efforts.
A lawn with stepping stone provides: Aesthetics to the garden, mud free while walking on the garden area and it also creates a comfortable walking pathway.
Need of automated drip irrigation system: It is to avoid the wastage of water, efficient utilization of water to the plants and to avoid weeds growing, to water the plants and lawn even when out of station.

Initially the old grass and debris on the site were removed along with 3 inches of soil digging later the fertile red soil is refilled to the area and levelled it accordingly plants were unloaded at the site where plant selection was under client scope then continued with the tropical planting for the side and wire cut bricks were given for the partition and also that looks good then grass mat were layed along with stepping stones and irrigated accordingly , for terrace balcony flowering plants like bougainvillea, canalilly and walking iris are planted in FRP pots.

Tropical planting is a layer-wise plantation to create a dense, lush and natural green ambience. Tall-growing plants form the first layer, medium-height plants make the second layer and short plants or ground covers complete the third layer that adds depth and texture to the space. The combinations are made based on colour and dense of their growth.
A metal arch gate was designed and fabricated at the entrance door for trailing a creeper over it.
