This story is all about one such greenery loving family we recently completed a villa landscaping for. From consultation to 3D design to execution our Horticulture expert was very specific in elements placement, plant selection, colour combination & design aspects.

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
Now a days most of the villas & apartments will have privacy issues; privacy for partying, privacy for spending family time, privacy for yoga & exercise & many more. So, the main criteria behind landscaping the villa was to have privacy for their side yard.
Both being an entrepreneurs their primary goal was to spend quality time with family, safety & privacy. Keeping all these in mind they have contacted many landscapers but the discussion didn’t yield to fruition. Later, they contacted Misty Garden Weldscape & our Horticulture team had a site visit to gather the requirements & measurements
Major requirements were
- To have privacy from neighbouring villa with unique design
- Zen garden inside the home & Indoor potted plants
- Lush green lawn area with good plantation for side yard & front yard
- Rock garden
- Nice flower bed

3D DESIGN FOR VISUALIZATION
During the site visit the elements placement & colour combination & privacy design was bit confusing, client wanted to visualise how exactly their space would look like. So we have planned for 3D Design with rendered images for both day & night view & walkthrough video

SITE EXECUTION
After pros & cons on the design part, final design was freezed & the material procurement was done accordingly.
The site was initially like this, the lawn was lush green but we cleared the lawn near the compound area & we started working for planting privacy plants
Plants selection were down based on client requirement & colour combination, for privacy purpose we suggested 7-8ft China doll plants which will have lush green thick foliage & planted side by side so that it creates a screen to have privacy, below that 2 layer planting with eranthemums with red leaves & pandanus with yellow tinge in the lush green space, to demarcate from the lawn we have also planned for brick bordering
The centre of attraction was the FRP Fountain with combo of louvers & artificial vertical garden which got enhanced by lighting. The rock garden was exactly planned at the corner of the landscape with big river rocks & combo of unpolished pebbles. Here & there we planned for plants like agave, dracaena, peacelilly & kentia palm which again got good look through lightings. Pathway with stepping stones was planned not to disturb the lawn area.
The frontyard flower bed was planned layer wise with high growing bunch of Bird of paradise plants in the middle surrounded by 1 layer of Loropetallum with purple leaves, Eranthemum with red leaves & spider plants as last layer, decorated with pebbles to highlight the bedding area. The pathway for the entrance was planned with perennial flowering plants like dwarf ixora & geraniums.
Client wasn’t willing to do any civil work inside the home for zen garden so it was planned with curve FRP pot with FRP Buddha, succulent plants & pebbles. Indoor potted plants with China doll & Rubber plant made their living area much livelier.
The entire executed took nearly 12-15days & the client was super happy with the outcome. Here are the glimpse of the final project

The overall experience in executing this project was really good, we had lot of lessons learnt with respect to time management, labour management, material quality, project deadline & finally when the feedback from the client was awesome then the lessons becomes motivation. This villa landscaping is done in Adarsh Palm Retreat, from there we got reorder of more than 10 so the name of Misty Garden Weldscape has spread in the villas of APR, Bellanduru, Bangalore
