Our client, Mrs. Rashi Amar from Prestige Summerfield Villas, reached out to us through a reference from one of her neighbours whose terrace we had previously transformed with Shingles Pergola.
She wanted to transform her unused terrace into a stylish, functional, and timeless outdoor space into an indoor GYM and paradise for family gatherings. At Misty Garden Weldscape, we take pride in turning every corner into a lifestyle statement with passion and creativity.

Understanding Client’s requirements
As part of her complete renovation plan, she wanted to transform both her terrace and the garden area around the house. Mr. Shivaraj visited the site to understand her requirements and provide expert suggestions.
She envisioned her terrace divided into two functional parts — one designed as a home gym and the other as an open space for parties and family gatherings. She preferred to keep it simple with minimal plants, a jacuzzi, and a dine-out area. Both sections were to be covered with roof that looked classy and had a traditional touch.
Our Design & Execution Approach
Understanding the client’s specific requirements, Mr. Shivu recommended a 3-sided sloping Mangalore Tile Gazebo for the terrace roofing, adding a modern touch to the design.
For the semi-open GYM area, he suggested UPVC sliding doors and windows with proper ventilation, complemented by PVC blinds for enhanced privacy. The flooring was upgraded with durable gym mats to complete the functional and stylish setup.
On the other hand, for the open area, the client requested a jacuzzi installation. Keeping this in mind, our team recommended a wooden deck flooring with a raised platform to enhance the aesthetic appeal.
Along with a food counter designed for family gatherings.The extended area was complemented with artificial grass, featuring a central stone fountain, minimalistic FRP potted plants, and wooden deck seating at the corners, seamlessly blending the charm
of the garden.
Balcony & Landscape Makeover
The balcony roofing was extended using Mangalore Glass Tiles, allowing natural light to filter through, while the ground floor was extended with Mangalore Double Tiles to create a functional utilityarea for drying clothes.
The garden areas, including the front, side, and backyard, were transformed from barren land into vibrant green spaces featuring Mexican and Pearl grass with stepping stones, carefully planned according to sunlight exposure. In the front and side yard, a metal mesh with climbing creepers was installed to ensure privacy from neighbouring houses.
