Keeping this in mind, we have transformed the previously neglected terrace space of our corporate office in Wilson Garden, Bangalore. What was once an underused cafeteria with minimal maintenance has now been completely renovated into a vibrant and functional cafe — featuring potted plants, an artificial vertical garden, a well-designed ceiling, and comfortable seating arrangements.

SITE VISIT & CLIENT REQUIREMENT
Initial requirement was just started with a solution for pigeons & monkeys near cafeteria area as they had only pigeon net installed to avoid them. Later upon expert site visit we suggested INVISIBLE GRILLS which has long life & suitable for corporate lifestyle. Here is a video to learn what are invisible grills & how its been installed

After seeing the work executed client was very happy & asked to renovate the entire cafeteria area with some classy ideas which is suitable for corporate office setup.
3D DESIGN
Ideas on terrace renovation has shaped to 3D Design for visualization along with rendered images & walk-through video which made client foresee their place how its gonno look like before executing. Here is a video link of the 3D Design

ON-SITE EXECUTION
Initial work started with the solution for pigeons & monkeys- INVISIBLE GRILLS
Later started with partition work to differentiate cafeteria with smoking zone- METAL FRAME PLYWOOD
This metal frame with plywood partition is decorated with different patterned ARTIFICIAL VERTICAL GARDEN
The next stage of execution focused on enhancing the ceiling. Although a puff sheet had already been used for roofing, the metal framework remained visible. To improve the appearance, a wooden-finish ACP SHEET was installed, giving the ceiling a more refined and aesthetic look.
To make the ceiling more aesthetically beautiful we have recommended to go for BAMBOO FRAME HANGED WITH ARTIFICIAL PLANT CREEPERS.
For Smoking zone as part of privacy purpose we have suggested white PVC LATTICE WITH METAL FRAME
The primary goal of renovating the terrace was to create a relaxing space surrounded by greenery. To achieve this, we proposed using FRP POTTED PLANTS featuring semi-shade, hardy, low-maintenance varieties with a mix of flowering and foliage plants.
The final stage involved installing SEATING ARRANGEMENTS for dining and coffee breaks. Dining tables with comfortable chairs were set up, completely transforming the overall look and feel of the terrace space.
