Client Requirement
Mr. Bala Datt needed a simple and beautiful terrace roof covering for a family gathering purpose. He was in quest of perfect planning for his terrace with budget friendly glass roofing and sides covering giving a room like structure which will be a perfect option for night parties and morning sun-soaked space with his family. With such requirements while searching through google he got to know about Misty Garden Weldscape.
Site visit and Planning
Mr. Shivu the CEO of Misty Garden Weldscape and Miss. Shravani visited the site to know the client requirements.
Initial Site Visit
We proposed the plan with 10mm Toughened Glass Pergola and UPVC doors and windows for sides covering to create a room like structure. The customer got impressed and requested for 5 days to discuss with his brother and decide further. Later on, the client came up to proceed further.
Execution Process
Initially our master fabricator Mr. Sultan visited the site to know the exact site measurements and procured the materials as per. Since the client had also planned terrace tile installation through another vendor, we ensured proper coordination between the teams were discussed to initiate the work smoothly without any challenges.
Procurement of materials
The metal structure for the glass pergola was installed in advance, and 4 inches raised civil bed was later laid to enhance the overall strength and stability of the structure. Once the structure was set measurements for the UPVC Doors & Windows were taken for the inhouse production.
MS Structure
After the completion of 10mm Toughened Glass Pergola, Installation of UPVC windows and doors were accordingly.
